Who we are

DriveBy.Promo is a marketing service that creates mobile landing pages and QR codes for local businesses. We are operated by Jordan Krueger in Pittsburgh, PA.

What we collect

We collect only what you voluntarily provide:

• Contact form: Your name, business name, phone number, email address (optional), and business address (optional).
• Reminder feature: If you use the "Remind me to visit" feature on a business page, we collect your phone number or email address to send you a one-time reminder.

How we use your data

• Contact form submissions are sent to us via email so we can follow up about our service. We do not add you to any mailing list.
• Reminder requests trigger a single text message or email sent approximately one hour after your request. We do not store your phone number or email after the reminder is sent.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate:

• Cloudflare — hosts our website. Cloudflare may collect basic analytics (page views, country). See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Resend — sends reminder emails and contact form notifications on our behalf.
• Twilio — sends reminder text messages on our behalf.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking pixels on our website. We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox. Reminder phone numbers and email addresses are not stored after the reminder is delivered.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@driveby.promo or calling (412) 444-7675.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with an updated date.
