The service

DriveBy.Promo creates mobile-friendly landing pages and QR codes for local businesses. Our service includes a one-time setup of your custom page and ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support for a monthly fee.

Pricing and payment

• Setup fee: A one-time fee of $99 covers the creation of your custom mobile page, QR code, and initial configuration.
• Monthly fee: $99/month covers hosting, maintenance, updates, and support.
• Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. After cancellation, your page will remain live through the end of your current billing period, then be taken down.

What we provide

• A mobile-optimized landing page for your business
• A QR code that links to your page
• Click-to-call, directions, menu display, and customer reminder features
• Hosting on our servers (Cloudflare)
• Reasonable updates to your page content (hours, menu, phone number, etc.)

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information (name, address, phone, hours, etc.)
• Notify us of changes to your business information
• Do not use the service for illegal purposes or to distribute harmful content

Content ownership

You own your business information and any content you provide. We own the page design, code, and underlying technology. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the page template or technology.

Limitation of liability

DriveBy.Promo is provided "as is." We do our best to keep your page running and accurate, but we are not liable for lost revenue, missed customers, or other damages resulting from service interruptions, errors, or downtime. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the prior 3 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or phone. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
